Functionality levels

Our partner factories use data erasure and testing software that meets Dipli specifications. On average, more than 40 checkpoints are needed to certify a device's operation. We offer two different levels of testing.

Aesthetic grades

The grades displayed on Dipli are those defined by our specifications. These modifications allow us to offer you consistent quality, regardless of the stock's origin.

New

These products have never been activated or used. They are in their original box.

Premium

80% battery capacity minimum,

700 charge cycles maximum,

100% functional and tested product.

Used

Battery not tested. After sales service for autonomy or battery will not be accepted. Any other functional or aesthetic concern will be taken care of.
